Turns out we left our heart (Liv) in Lincoln and headed to the West Coast last Thursday. Jeremy traveled for work and the annual holiday party—and I tagged along. It was absolutely lovely to get away for awhile. We walked all over San Francisco, enjoyed a farmer’s market on the Bay, and then had an awesome evening of dinner theater on Fisherman’s Wharf. Jeremy’s coworkers are a great group of people and it was easy to enjoy our time with them.
When I can grab a few moments—that is, between removing contraband from the dog’s mouth and playing referee between him and Livia (ah, home!)—I’ll post more shots from our trip.

Livia and I had a good time…I quote “You are TORTURING me!”…ah the joys of rising in the morning. ha! Twister, books, playdough, movies, painting, snake…in which, I must add that I am not a mean enough snake. Sigh. Glad your back and that you enjoyed the trip!

Oh Christina, I can’t begin to imagine what adventures you had with Liv. We are sooo grateful for you! (By the way, my special Liv painting is beautiful!)
CP, ha! That’s *my* rainbow hat covering Jeremy’s cold ears. And no, I didn’t ask his permission before posting this shot. LOL.

I’m glad I can amuse. ;-)

Christina, that’s too funny. Torturing … LOL! It turns out I’m not a mean enough snake either. I think Nebraska set the bar too high when she was playing snake with Liv last week.
