Facebook Problems

I’m locked out of Facebook for the time being. So if you get any weird messages there from me, know they’re not from me at all! I wonder if a lot of people are receiving these security alerts. Jeremy did, and I changed my password when that happened. It’s a tad annoying if you ask me.

    I’m not receiving any weird messages from you, perhaps because you appear to have vanished from Facebook entirely. Your profile is gone, as well as comments on other peoples’ walls, etc. Weird.

    I was locked out of fb yesterday, but that might have had more to do with my phone than actual fb.

    I deactivated my account because someone kept hacking into my account and sending out videos through my account. I changed my password once and finally gave up and got out. Now are computer has weird things going on with it. So facebook must be having major issues going on.

    FB has been temporarily disabling accounts because some are being hijacked to attempt 419 scams. Sometimes the hackers may just crack your password (if it’s not too secure) or sometimes your computer may be infected with malware.

    Erin, I’d check to see if your computer is infected with malware/spyware, because your symptoms suggest that may be the case.
