I could not have been happier with a special delivery to my door yesterday and here are the reasons why. 1) My husband gave me this delightful gift. 2) I love chocolate truffles, and 3) these phenomenal chocolates are handmade by my very talented friend Elaine Cranford.
Aren’t they beautiful? They are, honestly, the best chocolates I’ve ever eaten. Divine.
For more information on these truffles, check out Zola Chocolates.

And what a nice article on Elaine, and Zola Chocolates, in the paper last week (Thursday or Friday, I think).
Although I hear Matt is worried now that they won’t be able to keep up on the increased demand for chocolate truffles!
Those are beautiful, RT. You are one lucky woman!

It is hard to believe they even taste better than they look. But they do! I didn’t eat truffles today, but I had chocolate fondue last night, and that eases my truffle cravings.

You know, it’s funny. I knew those were handmade — I have a local friend who does that for special occasions and they do look unique, don’t they? :)

The Journal Star had a great article on Elaine… hopefully I’ll link to it later.

Christina, you helped roll chocolates? You and Elaine should call me next time–I’d love to do it. : )

Those totally fall under the foods that you want to just look at and not eat because they look so cute! But then you want to scarf them down because you know how awesome they taste!
